I recently had a great stay at this hotel in Taxco de Alarcon. the location is superb, just a block away from the bustling center and a short walk downhill from the impressive cathedral. It made exploring the town so convenient. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped and had a balcony, offering lovely views of the surrounding area. It was a pleasure waking up to such a scenic vista every morning.
Everything was just fine during my stay.

Very clean rooms, helpful staff, great location.
Construction next door. Very loud jack hammering connected to this building. Also, very noisy with road traffic..... All night!!!

Street noise from old Volkswagon taxis, and bells. Try to get room off street.

This hotel in Taxco offers great value for money and is located in a superb area. The staff are professional, personable, and very helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a cozy balcony where you can enjoy the view. The included breakfast provides a variety of options, including pastries, fruit, and cereals.
The lack of fresh air due to the non-opening windows.

Great Accommodation for my Business Trip the hotel's staff members were hospitable, making sure every guest was comfortable throughout their stay. the location of the hotel was strategic, making it easy for visitors to access the central business district, and it was a short walk to the bus station. the cleanliness and organization in the hotel were top-notch. I appreciated the in-room facilities that were offered, such as an extra set of towels and sheets, and toiletries that were replaced daily. Above all, the breakfast served was sumptuous and filling.
I couldn't help but notice the traffic noise outside my window every morning.

This hotel is situated in a wonderful area, just one block from the center of town, making it convenient to visit the local market and the nearby square. Rooms are spacious and clean, with a bathroom fitted with modern amenities. the friendly service, along with free breakfast and fresh coffee and cookies at the reception, made our stay pleasurable. the rooftop provides a nice view and the lobby area was well-designed.
The hotel is situated on a main road, which can be noisy at times, but the staff made an effort to minimize noise levels in common areas.

My experience during the new year was amazing! The staff was friendly and able to give excellent recommendations. The hotel was very clean and modern with an outstanding location, perfect for exploring the beautiful architecture around. The bed was extremely comfortable and the powerful shower made me feel re-energized. I loved that they had pastries, cookies, and fruit available for snacks in the lobby, which was so thoughtful.
The free breakfast offered had limited options that were not very healthy. The noise from the street and lobby was a bit problematic for me since I was trying to relax.

We loved staying at this hotel! The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. The location was superb for visiting the city. In fact, it was just two blocks away from the main square and only a block from the center. The hotel facilities were clean, and we enjoyed the small rooftop with a great view of the city. The free breakfast was more than adequate, and the staff made us feel at home.
Nothing to complain about at all.
